After the rain in Moab we saw a sign for Natural Bridges and decided to take a quick peak. At first glance they look very similar to arches but once you walk up to one you can really see the momentous size of these natural bridges. Inside the park there were three bridges to see, each more spectacular than the last.
Under one of the natural bridges there was a small cliff dwelling. The two circular buildings were Kivas which were thought to be used for ceremonial gatherings.
After Natural Bridges we decided to tick off some bucket list items and visit Monument Valley. Although it was not exactly what we expected it was still amazing.
Monument Valley can be seen from the highway but can also be accessed from Reservation land so we were able to drive through the monuments. Because this is Reservation land we saw several houses through Monument Valley.
Once again, this was an area hard to describe but pictures say everything you need to know...

Upon leaving Monument Valley we headed to Mesa Verde.
